General note: Any policies dictated by the hotel will always supercede those stated here

Booking details:
- Rates are inclusive of all taxes, unless otherwise noted
- Rates are based on single or double occupancy. Extra beds and/or persons will be charged on a per-case basis and are subject to hotel policies
- No extra charge for children under 12 years old sharing the room with their parents
- Breakfast is NOT included unless otherwise noted
- In order to secure the reservation, a deposit MUST be made within 72 hours of the enquiry.
- The deposit is usually 50% of the whole amount, but in some cases (such as peak seasons) might be as high as 100% of the whole amount.
- Thai4fun.com charges 500bhat (approx. 13 US$) as a service charge for internet booking. This service charge is non-refundable in any case.
- Once we receive your deposit, we will send you a detailed voucher, including any relevant cancelation policies

Reservation Limitations
- Full moon/Christmas/New-year's reservations - minimum stay 5 nights; Arrival at least 4 nights before the party day
(This limitation varies between different resorts)

Check-In Details:
- The customer pays the balance at check-in
- The customer has to arrive at the hotel not later then 16:00
- Check-out time is 12:00

Cancellation policy
- If the cancellation date is more then 30 days prior to check-in date, the deposit will be refunded, excluding the 500bhat (approx. 11 US$) reservation fee and transfer charges (approx. 10%)
- If the cancellation date is less then 30 days prior to check-in date, no refund will be given.
- If the customer wishes to shorten his stay, and notifies Thai4fun:
- More then 30 days prior to the arrival date - the extra days will be refunded excluding transfer charges (approx. 10)
- Less then 30 days prior to the arrival date - no refund will be given
- Early check-out is billed at one night’s rate. Some hotels do not give any refund for early check-out
- No show - Customers failing to arrive at the hotel will not receive any refund
- Please be advised that these policies are dictated by the hotels due to fluctuations in the number of visitors in the different times of the month and the year

Cancelation Prodecure
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, please email us using the same email address that you’ve used for making the reservation
- Include all the reservation details, and if possible, attach the confirmation voucher that we’ve sent you earlier
- If you haven’t received any answer within 36 hours, please contact us again

Modification of reservation
- If you require to modify your reservation, please email us using the same email address that you’ve used for making the reservation
- Include all the reservation details, and if possible, attach the confirmation voucher that we’ve sent you earlier
- If you haven’t received any answer within 36 hours, please contact us again
- Modifications are subject to availability and hotel policies

Payment Options
- Thai4fun accepts all major credit cards
- Other methods of payment, such as bank transfers or Western Uniun transfers are also possible - please contact us for details

Privacy and Security
- Thai4Fun takes your privacy very seriously.
- Your credit card is processed by a third-party processor - Thaiepay.com - a respectable and popular card processor used by major companies throughout Thailand and its neighbouring countries
- Your credit card details are protected by 128 SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption while in transit to the card processor, and then encrypted
- Thai4fun does not handle or store credit card details
- We collect general information about website visitors, such as originating IP, browser maker, screen resolution and the like. This information is not personally-identifiable, meaning your identity as a visitor is not known to us
- We store some details about enquiries and reservations
- We will not transfer, rent or sell your personal information, unless ordered to do so by a court of law

Thai4Fun.com grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this policy. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. This site and the content provided in this site, including the text, graphics, button icons, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed without the written permission of Thai4Fun.com, and/or its third party providers and distributors, except that you may download, display and print the materials presented on this site for your personal, non-commercial use only.

- Thai4fun.com is an Internet marketing company and acts as intermediary between hotels, tour operator and travel agents. Therefore customers agree that Thai4fun.com is not liable for the actual quality or care of the hotel, apartment, equipment or facilities rented, featured on our website. However, if customers are not satisfied with services provided, they are advised to immediately inform us and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible.
