Boat-Trip around the island
Many travel agencies offer a half-day round-the-island boat trip, that takes you to some of the best beaches and locations, such as haad-yuan, than-sadet beach and waterfall, bottle beach and others. It is an easy and fun way to see the island and meet fellow tourists from all over the world on a different atmosphere. Most of the tours include snorkeling, lunch and dinner, and other surprises.

Hiking and tracking
There are many foot-paths throughout the island the can be explored either alone or with a local guide.
A recommended hike is the "green dot trail" that sets out from Haad-Rin and traverses a few big hills to arrive at Haad-Yuan beach. The views along the way are spectacular and you pass through some magnificent jungle areas.
